FrançaisUelzen police are investigating a suspected sexual assault on a female visitor near the Uelzen Oktoberfest (Herzogenplatz) during the late evening hours of September 18, 2026, and are asking visitors for assistance.
According to the investigation so far, a possible sexual assault occurred late in the evening on September 18 involving a middle-aged woman, who subsequently contacted the police.
To aid the investigation, the police are requesting any photos or videos taken at the event or in the surrounding area between 9:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.
Note on data usage/privacy: The image and video files provided will be used exclusively for the investigation in question. Once the proceedings are concluded, the data will be completely deleted.
